OPTIONS Realty started in a builder's model home in the lower valley.  in the early 1990's. With no marketing assistants and a very small advertising budget, Lupe C. Martinez, broker and one  person company,  made it to the top ten REALTORS' Club in the El Paso area in sales and listings.

Today with 18 REALTORS^®, OPTIONS Realty represents several builders in the El Paso area, including Quality Craft Homes and Vista Serena Homes in the city of Horizon. We staff over 15 furnished models daily which are open from noon to dark.

In addition to representing new home builders, we also provide full, professional services for resale properties, investment properties and property management services.

I have always believed in exploring all our options and my goal has been not only to make my agents aware of this, but to relate this to our customers and/or clients In their pursue of owning or selling a piece of property.

While we would like to explore all our options, just investigating a few can enrich our lives with more success and freedom.
